Exempted from this decision are Qatari citizens, residents and Gulf Cooperation Council citizens holding a Qatari ID card. Also exempted from this decision are holders of personal recruitment visas, and work entry permits.<\/p>\n<p>The decision is part of the efforts of the Qatari authorities to ensure more security and safety for entering and exiting the country during the football championship. According to FIFA, 2,45 million tickets have been sold.<\/p>\n<p>Qatar\u2019s Ministry of Interior also indicated that holders of the <strong>Hayya<\/strong> Cards will be allowed entry to the country starting from November 1, 2022, until December 23, 2022.
