International Data Corporation is a global technology research, consulting, and events company.<\/p>\n<p>According to the survey, spending on digitization is expected to be boosted in the period, with annual growth of 16% in the years analyzed, reaching USD 76 billion in 2026 and representing 43.2% of all investments in information and communication technology in the region for that year.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President and Regional Managing Director for the <strong>Middle East, Turkey, and Africa<\/strong> at IDC, Jyoti Lalchandani, said in many organizations, digital and technology investments made during the COVID-19 pandemic to build resilience will be tested in 2023 in key business areas, such as customer experience and financial management, among others.<\/p>\n<p>He claimed implementing digitalization in critical areas, and a swift shift to a <strong>digital business<\/strong> approach would separate thriving companies from the surviving ones.
