The figure resulted from US$ 2.606 billion in expos and US$ 2.753 billion in imports in the first week of the month, which had four business days. <\/p>\n<p> According to the ministry, the weekly deficit is the third highest this year, after those of the third week of January 2009 (-US$ 378 million) and the fourth week of the same month (-US$ 255 million).<\/p>\n<p> In the year-to-date result until the first week of November this year, there was a surplus of US$ 22.452 billion, a figure 4.5% higher than recorded in the same period of 2008 (US$ 21.492 billion).
