Data is from the local news agency, <em>Jordan News Agency (<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/petra.gov.jo\/Include\/InnerPage.jsp?ID=49407&amp;lang=en&amp;name=en_news&amp;cat=en_news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petra<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Except for the plastics, rubber, and furniture industries, which had a drop in exports, most sectors reported an increase in foreign sales in the period, between 3% and 20%.<\/p>\n<p>India, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq accounted for over half of the exports by ACI members during the first three months of the year, equivalent to JOD 993 million (about USD 1.4 billion).<\/p>\n<p>ACI sales to <strong>India<\/strong> fell by 14% in the first quarter of 2023, and to the United States increased by 21%.
