The agr\u00e9ment is the consent a nation\u2019s government grants foreign diplomats to take the post in their territory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Brazilian Government is proud to inform the Government of the United Arab Emirates granted an agr\u00e9ment to First Class minister Sidney Leon Romeiro as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador of Brazil to that country,\u201d said in a release the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Ministry, this is his first appointment to take office abroad. Romeiro has been the <strong>director of the Middle East Department<\/strong> at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2019.
