BRF has an industrial plant in the country\u2019s capital Abu Dhabi and the Arab countries as one of its main markets.<\/p>\n<p>BRF informed it was one of the 19 companies that signed the program\u2019s memorandum, launched by the UAE Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) and the UAE Food and Beverage Business Group.<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian company claims the program will support the professional qualification of <strong>Emirati<\/strong> citizens with tests, coaching, and guidance. \u201cThey will be able to contribute and actively participate in different functions of the sector, including production, within BRF,\u201d stated the company.<\/p>\n<p>The Ishraq program was announced at the Gulfood food and beverage show earlier this year to build a skilled workforce for the segment and fill the local skills gap existing in the industry.
