S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 The 43rd edition of the International Algiers Fair will be held from June 2nd to 7th. The event is multisectorial and brings together more than 50 countries each year.<\/p>\n
The fair is geared towards the construction, foodstuff, auto parts and pharmaceutical industries. The Brazilian participation is being organized by the country\u2019s embassy in Algeria. There are no costs involved for the companies, which will stay at a 100-square-metre booth with two facades.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis year, the fair will be held within the context of the launch of a new development program for 2010\/2014, providing for US$ 200 billion in public investment, particularly in infrastructure,\u201d said Abedlhamid Rahmani, the advisor in charge of economic affairs at the Algerian embassy to the Brazilian capital, Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n
Companies interested in participating should contact the trade promotion sector of the Brazilian embassy in Algeria.<\/p>\n
