During the meeting, they requested support for building the Charitable Arab Brazilian University Hospital, as well as an office geared towards trade, culture, sports and tourism, so as to foster relations between South American and Arab countries.<\/p>\n<p> The meeting was held to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the Arab society in Paran\u00e1. The project that was presented provides for the hospital to be built through a partnership between the Arab community and Uniandrade, a teaching institution that has applied for an authorization from the Ministry of Education for opening its medical course.<\/p>\n<p> The breakfast was also attended by representatives of other foreign communities, such as the South Korean one.
