In the period, exports totalled US$ 128.712 billion and imports, US$ 116.890 billion.<\/p>\n<p> In August, Brazil exported US$ 19.236 billion and imported US$ 16.796 billion, which resulted in a trade balance surplus of US$ 2.440 billion.
