The aim is to promote actions in the medical field in developing countries.<\/p>\n<p> As announced by ANBA in September, the HSL already promotes exchange in healthcare in Arab countries, counting on support from the <b>Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/b>. Representatives of the hospital travelled to Syria recently to kick off a liver transplant program with the University of Damascus.<\/p>\n<p> According to a statement issued by the Itamaraty (the Brazilian foreign ministry), the HSL is developing a cooperation project with Palestine in partnership with the ministry.
