Depending on the experience, it\u2019ll be implemented more often, probably every two months, Romeiro says. Those living in Dubai or its neighboring emirates Ras Al-Khaimah and Sharjah who need Brazil\u2019s consular services currently have to go all the way to Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The iterant consulate will operate from 9am-6pm (Dubai time) by appointment. Citizens are expected to take the documents necessary and be seen at their appointed time. Consular services provided include passport renewal, birth and marriage certificates, and proof of residence. The service is aimed at both Brazilians and foreigners who are traveling or have ties to Brazil needing visas or other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consulate: Brazilians in the Dubai<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ambassador says the UAE is a fast-growing and very flourishing country. \u201cIt\u2019s a country boasting a strong economic and financial relevance not only in the region but the world, so it tends to attract more liberal and skilled professionals from Brazil, as it\u2019s been doing,\u201d says Romeiro.
