(ANSA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The plant, located in the southern state of Paran\u00e1, has been mothballed, or idled, since 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Procedures required for the reopening of the plant will be initiated right away. With the decision, the Brazilian state-run oil company also authorizes ANSA to enter into an agreement to hire its former employees, conditional on the Superior Labor Court (TST) ratifying the agreement.
