{"id":368574,"date":"2024-06-14T17:08:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T20:08:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/?p=368574"},"modified":"2024-06-14T17:10:25","modified_gmt":"2024-06-14T20:10:25","slug":"tunisias-culinary-route-to-feature-ngos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/en\/tunisias-culinary-route-to-feature-ngos\/","title":{"rendered":"Tunisia\u2019s culinary route to feature NGOs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tunis \u2013 Local NGOs signed an agreement to work together on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/larouteculinairedetunisie.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tunisia&#8217;s Culinary Route<\/a>,\u201d a project to promote sustainable tourism implemented by the Ministry of Tourism with the support of the German cooperation agency GIZ Tunisia, in a bid to showcase and introduce the Tunisian culinary art of each region into tourist practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis network will help pool the skills, resources and expertise of each member NGO and consolidate the networking of those involved in mini routes,\u201d said GIZ in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tunisia&#8217;s Culinary Route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in 2022, the route is a new sustainable tourism approach that offers travelers the chance to discover Tunisia\u2019s culinary heritage. The goal is to promote this Culinary Route by showcasing the flagship products of each region and building synergies between the route&#8217;s operators, tour operators and travel agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, it has promoted six flagship products from six Tunisian regions: Cheeses from the North-West, Harissa from Cap-Bon, Wines from the North, Olives from the Center and Dahar, Dates from the South-West, and Octopus from Kerkennah.
