The data were presented by the minister of Finance, Guido Mantega, at the first ministerial meeting, summoned today (14th) by president Dilma Rousseff.<\/p>\n<p> According to the presentation made by Mantega, the average annual growth during Lula&#8217;s two terms was 4%.
