As a result, a trade deficit of US$ 364 million was recorded. The Brazilian trade surplus dropped to US$ 696 million thus far in April, and US$ 3.865 year-to-date.<\/p>\n<p> The figures were disclosed late this morning (25th) by the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade. Despite the decline, the daily export average rose by 11.1% compared with March, and 34.6% compared with April 2010.<\/p>\n<p> Imports performed better from April 1st to 20th this year than in the same period of 2010.
