The information, which takes into account both fresh and processed meat, comes from major beef industry group Abrafrigo<\/a>, which compiled data from the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade, and Services of Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Abrafrigo, Brazil exported 279.2 thousand tonnes of beef last month. Meanwhile, the revenue from these sales increased more than the volume, rising by 25% to USD 1.2 billion in the same month this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Year to date through November, exports reached 2.9 million tonnes, a 30.84% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
