The announcement was made by the Mauritanian minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Ciss\u00e9 Mint Cheikh El Boid\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p> The fund will be managed with 1% of funds originated from the customs sector. According to the minister, the funds will finance projects that will generate revenues to the youth.
