The winner will participate in the next edition of Gulfood, the leading food industry fair in the region, held annually in the emirate.<\/p>\n<p> The prize is part of the schedule of the 22nd Brazilian Poultry Congress, due October 25th to 27th in S\u00e3o Paulo. The contest, according to the Ubabef, aims to highlight scientific works with practical viability in areas such as sanitation, production, nutrition, processing, among others.<\/p>\n<p> Researchers enrolled for the congress are eligible.
