The new organization should be modelled after the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), and is being called Embrapi (the \u2018i\u2019 stands for industrial).<\/p>\n<p> The memorandum was signed during the opening of the 4th edition of the Brazilian Congress on Industrial Innovation, in S\u00e3o Paulo.
