{"id":389790,"date":"2025-06-04T16:20:42","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T19:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/?p=389790"},"modified":"2025-06-04T16:20:45","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T19:20:45","slug":"ceara-state-arab-chamber-discuss-business-potential","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/en\/ceara-state-arab-chamber-discuss-business-potential\/","title":{"rendered":"Cear\u00e1 state, Arab Chamber discuss market potential"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 A delegation from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ccab.org.br\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/a> met on Tuesday (3) and this Wednesday (4) with business owners and sector-specific organizations in Fortaleza, Cear\u00e1 to discuss business opportunities available to local businesses in Arab countries across the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arab Chamber Institutional Relations analyst Elaine Prates gave a presentation on the Arab market and its potential and demands.&nbsp; Internationalization Projects manager Fernanda Dantas discussed the promising market for halal goods, which are made in compliance with the rules of Islamism. The business executive Filipe Lacerda went over the services available from the Arab Chamber to businesses operating in the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the roadshow, the International Business Center of the Federation of Industries of the State of Cear\u00e1 (Fiec) hosted the seminar \u201cBrazil-Arab countries: connecting Cear\u00e1 with international opportunities,\u201d an initiative of the Arab Chamber in partnership with the Fiec and the Cear\u00e1 State Government\u2019s Secretariat for International Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCompanies from multiple sectors joined the seminar. It sparked a lot of interest. The Halal do Brasil project captured people\u2019s attention,\u201d said Dantas. Discussions covered potential deals in industries such as food, beverage, chemicals, footwear, and cosmetics.
