In comparison with the same month of 2010, there was a decline of 0.4%. From January to August 2011, 1.7 million units were sold, 4.9% more than in the same period of last year. The figures were disclosed this Friday (2nd), in the capital of S\u00e3o Paulo, by the National Federation of Motor Vehicle Distributors (Fenabrave).<\/p>\n<p> According to the federation, sales of light commercial vehicles, such as vans, reached 70,900 units in August, 9% more than the volume sold in July and 20.9% higher than in the same perio of 2010.
