This year\u2019s theme is \u201cEvaluating Productive Inclusion in Practice: Connecting Youth, Market, and Opportunities.\u201d The event will take place at the headquarters of the <strong>Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/ccab.org.br\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABCC<\/a>) in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Lar S\u00edrio, the overall goal of Ideias is to foster a discussion on evaluating results and impacts in the productive inclusion of youth. The first panel will discuss how organizations are structured to promote youth development. Participants include Lar S\u00edrio\u2019s superintendent Elaine Bueno, and ABCC Board member and H2R Insights &amp; Trends executive director Alessandra Frisso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city prosecutor of S\u00e3o Paulo, Josias Barcelos Jr., will deliver the lecture \u201cMarket and Productive Inclusion of Youth from the Perspective of Public Policies,\u201d which will be followed by the second panel, discussing the role of public policies and the market in youth inclusion. Participants include S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s Public Defender, K\u00e1tia Giraldi, the city\u2019s Secretary of Economic Development and Labor, Rodrigo Goulart, and other members of the municipal administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will conclude with a lecture by Rodrigo Dib, Superintendent of Innovation at the Centro de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Empresa-Escola (CIEE), on the Young Apprentice program and the retention of youth in companies.
