S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 The low-cost airline Air Arabia, from the United Arab Emirates, will recruit captains and co-pilots for Airbus A320 aircraft between September 8 and 13 in S\u00e3o Paulo, according to the National Aeronauts\u2019 Union (SNA) and the company. On its website, the airline asks those interested in applying for co-pilot positions to register at this link<\/a> and candidates for captain positions to register here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company requests that applicants only apply if they can be in S\u00e3o Paulo between September 8 and 13, when an Air Arabia team will continue the selection process. The airline adds that it is looking for professionals based in South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The minimum requirement for the positions is at least 4,000 flight hours, including 800 hours on A320 family aircraft (models A319, A320, and A321), and a maximum age of 60, among other criteria. The company offers a base salary, meal allowance, education assistance for up to three children, life and accident insurance, as well as other benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Arabia currently operates 83 A320 and A321 aircraft and has 120 more on order, scheduled for delivery by the end of the year. It serves destinations from its hubs in Sharjah, UAE, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt, and will launch a new airline at the beginning of 2026 from its hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In its typical two-class configuration, the A320 carries between 150 and 180 passengers, and the A321 between 180 and 220 passengers.
