The signing took place at the 28<sup>th<\/sup> Universal Postal Congress, the main forum for debate of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The news about the agreement was published by Brazil\u2019s Ministry of Communications on Wednesday (10). The document was signed by the ministry\u2019s Executive Secretary, S\u00f4nia Faustino, and Saudi Arabia\u2019s Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Ruhmaih Bin Muhmmad Al-Rumaih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization that hosts the congress brings together 192 countries to define global policies and strategies for the sector. The meeting began on Monday (8) and will run until the 19<sup>th<\/sup>. At the event, the global postal strategy for 2026\u20132029 will be determined.
