The sales increase was driven by 0.4% higher sales at supermarkets and hypermarkets, and food and beverage sales, and a 0.7% increase in sales of textiles, clothing, shoes and accessories.<\/p>\n<p> According to the survey, sales declined in other segments, especially furniture, electrical and electronic equipment, and computing equipment (-0.2%), fuels and lubricants (-1.2%), automobiles, motorcycles and their parts (-0.5%) and construction material (-0.5%).<\/p>\n<p> Year-to-date as of October, there was a 9.1% increase in trade activity.
