The financing was approved by state development bank <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/tags\/bndes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BNDES<\/a>, according to a statement released by the development bank on Tuesday (25). The loan comes from the Exim Pre-shipment financing line, aimed at exporters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funds will be used to meet the delivery schedule already agreed with importers in various countries. The company, a leader in manufacturing commercial jets with up to 150 seats, expects to close 2025 with 77 to 85 commercial jets delivered. Last year, the number was 73, and in 2023 it was 64. Including commercial and defense and security aircraft, there were 206 deliveries in 2024 and 181 in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Record orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Embraer\u2019s CEO, Francisco Gomes Neto, the company is experiencing a record volume of orders and a \u201csolid sales pace.\u201d \u201cWe are making significant investments to meet the growing demand for our products, and the BNDES financing is essential to support initiatives aimed at increasing production capacity and speeding up deliveries in the coming years,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Embraer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Embraer has 23,500 employees worldwide, including 18,000 in Brazil, mainly at its headquarters in S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Campos, S\u00e3o Paulo. There are also teams in Sorocaba, Botucatu, and Gavi\u00e3o Peixoto, as well as engineers in Florian\u00f3polis and Belo Horizonte.
