The two aircraft are adapted for cargo transportation and will join two others already flown by Etihad Crystal Cargo, the company\u2019s cargo division. The information was disclosed by the two companies.<\/p>\n<p> According to Etihad\u2019s president and CEO, James Hogan, the new aircraft will help the company build its presence in the cargo sector with the platform of Abu Dhabi as its hub to connect global trade lanes. Presently, the two A330-200 F\u2019s in the fleet are flown to Addis Ababa, in Ethiopia, Beijing, Erbil, in Iraq, Hong Kong, Milan, in Italy, and Nairobi, in Kenya, among other cities. <\/p>\n<p> The aircraft\u2019s maximum payload is 70 tonnes and the range is approximately 8,100 kilometres. The investment is estimated at US$ 423 million, according to the Airbus list prices.
