S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Brazilian planemaker Embraer reported revenue of USD 1.4 billion from January to March this year, the highest ever for a first quarter, up 31% from the same period in 2025. According to information released by the company on Friday (8), the new record was mainly driven by its defense and security and commercial aviation segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sales of defense and security aircraft totaled USD 227 million, up 63%, with strong performance from the KC-390 and A-29 Super Tucano. Commercial aviation generated USD 293 million in revenue, up 45%, mainly driven by higher volumes and prices. Executive aviation reached USD 418 million in revenue, a 30% increase, while services and support totaled USD 490 million, up 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Embraer delivered 44 aircraft in the first quarter of this year, a 47% increase compared to the 30 aircraft delivered in the same period of 2025. The company\u2019s order backlog reached USD 32.1 billion. It also reported adjusted EBIT of USD 94 million, with a margin of 6.5%, up from 5.6% a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Embraer\u2019s adjusted net income totaled USD 27.7 million, compared to USD 50 million in the same quarter of 2025. The company invested USD 98.8 million, up from USD 88.2 million in the first quarter of 2025. Including Eve, investments reached USD 148.6 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
