The previous forecast had projected 3.4% growth. For 2027, the institution expects the economy to expand by 4.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to AfDB estimates published by state news agency APS, Algeria\u2019s economy is growing driven mainly by public investment and non-oil sectors. APS reported that the bank highlighted positive economic results fueled by industrial and agricultural production, investment, and household consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial institution\u2019s figures are in line with Algeria\u2019s own projections for 2026 but differ regarding 2027. According to the Algerian government\u2019s estimates, the economy will grow 4.4% next year.
