The financing will come from the OPEC Fund for International Development, according to a report published by Mauritania\u2019s state news agency, <a href=\"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/archives\/32423\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financing agreements were signed by Mauritania\u2019s Minister of Economic Affairs and Development, Abdallahi Ould Souleymane Ould Cheikh Sidiya, and the Fund\u2019s President, Abdulhamid Alkhalifa, on Tuesday (23) in Vienna, Austria, on the sidelines of the Fund\u2019s Development Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first agreement establishes a partnership framework with Mauritania for the 2026\u20132029 period, providing financing of up to USD 180 million.
