A memorandum of understanding was signed on Monday (29) by the Ministry of Civil Service and the Ministry of State for Women\u2019s Affairs, according to a report published by Libya\u2019s state-run news agency <a href=\"https:\/\/lana.gov.ly\/post.php?lang=en&amp;id=360550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LANA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The memorandum was signed by Minister of Civil Service Abdul-Moneim Ibrahim Saleh and Minister of State for Women\u2019s Affairs Randa Gharib. Its objective is to enhance the professional and administrative skills of women working in the public sector and strengthen their leadership capabilities, in line with the government&#8217;s policy of investing in human capital and women\u2019s empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to information published on the Ministry of Civil Service\u2019s official page and cited by LANA, the agreement is part of the two ministries&#8217; efforts under the &#8220;She Is a Leader&#8221; project, within the framework of the &#8220;Tamkeen&#8221; initiative.
