{"id":413992,"date":"2026-07-10T14:27:33","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T17:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/?p=413992"},"modified":"2026-07-10T14:27:43","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T17:27:43","slug":"arab-brazilian-chamber-holds-gulf-talks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/en\/arab-brazilian-chamber-holds-gulf-talks\/","title":{"rendered":"Arab-Brazilian Chamber holds Gulf talks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Mohamad Orra Mourad, Vice President of International Relations and Secretary-General of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ccab.org.br\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/a>, held a series of meetings this week with industry organizations and companies across the Gulf region. The main topic on the agenda was the Brazil &#8211; Arab Countries Economic Forum, which will take place on August 25 in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mourad and Rafael Solimeo, head of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber\u2019s office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, met with executives from MSC Shipping Company Saudi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; the Qatar Chamber and the Qatar Development Bank in Doha, Qatar; as well as the RAK Chamber in Ras Al Khaimah and the Ajman Free Zone, both in the United Arab Emirates, among other institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Qatar Chamber, Mourad and Solimeo were welcomed by Director Mohamed bin Ahmed Al Obaidly. According to the Qatar News Agency (QNA), they also discussed the role of the private sector in promoting bilateral trade and mutual investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Brazil &#8211; Arab Countries Economic Forum will foster discussions and highlight opportunities in areas such as food security, fertilizers, agribusiness, energy, trade, and logistics, among others.
