The information was published by the African news agency <i>Panapress <\/i>.<\/p>\n<p> The country\u2019s population launched protests that led to the downfall of dictator Muamar Gaddafi last year. Prior to the conflicts, Libya produced 1.8 million barrels per day. The volume dropped to 50,000 barrels per day during the turmoil.<\/p>\n<p> Al-Menaa announced the entry into operation of a methanol plant in the Brega Petrochemical Complex in East Libya.
