Export revenues reached US$ 87 million, according to the Brazilian Association of Shoe and Leather Components Industries (Assintecal). <\/p>\n<p> From January to April this year, revenues declined by 3.41% compared with the same period last year. Export revenues stood at US$ 340 million, resulting from sales to 149 different countries. Argentina, Germany, United States, Mexico and Venezuela ranked among the leading buyers. <\/p>\n<p> Assintecal is expecting more promising figures in months to come. \u201cFrom June onwards, shipments will tend to grow,\u201d said general manager Diego Serafim according to a press statement.
