The announcement was made on Tuesday (29) by Brazil\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/agricultura\/pt-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/mre\/pt-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/a> in Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DDG is a byproduct of corn ethanol production. It is rich in fats, fiber and protein (with a protein content of approximately 30%) and is an alternative to soybean and corn meal in cattle and poultry feed. Brazil is one of the world\u2019s largest producers of the product.
