In June, 273,600 units were manufactured, 7.6% less than in June 2011. In the first half, production was down 9.4% from the same period of last year.<\/p>\n<p> Sales of new vehicles, domestic and imported, were up 22.9% from May to June, when 353,200 units were sold. Compared with June 2011, sales were up 16.1%. From January to June, sales were down 1.2% compared with the same period of last year.<\/p>\n<p> Vehicle exports, including light vehicles, trucks and buses, were up 34.8% from May to June, having gone from 26,700 to 36,000 units.
