The funds will be turned to humanitarian projects in Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, El Salvador, Haiti, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda and Somalia, and to actions for disasters risk reduction in Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p> According to the Itamaraty, each initiative should receive US$ 100,000.
