S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) should promote on October 4, in Paris, the International Economic Forum about Africa 2012. The theme of the meeting, which has reached its 12th edition, will be: " Promoting Youth Employment: Making the Most of Africa\u2019s Human Resources & Natural Wealth\u201d<\/p>\n
The event, according to the OECD, will have panels in which the following topics will be discussed: "Towards a Job-creating Growth Strategies in Africa\u201d; "For Better Training and Skills adapted to Africa\u2019s Development Needs"; and "Using Natural Resources for Development and Job Creation in Africa ".<\/p>\n
Among the speakers will be representatives of multilateral organisations, financial institutions, fostering agencies, organisations in the civil society, governments and companies, including representatives of Arab nations, like the minister of Employment and Professional Training of Tunisia, Abdelwahab Ma\u00e2tar, the director general of the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines of Morocco, Amina Benkhadra, the Moroccan minister of Economy and Finance, Nizar Baraka, as well as the country\u2019s Employment and Professional Training minister, Abdelouahed Souhail, and the CEO of the Emirates Foundation of Abu Dhabi, Clare Woodcraft.<\/p>\n
The meeting will be promoted in partnership with the African Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.<\/p>\n
