S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 The Brazilian aircraft manufacturing company Embraer is going to meet with its Middle Eastern business jet clients on October 9th and 10th. The Embraer Executive Operators Conference (EEOC) will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for operators of the jets Lineage 1000, Legacy 600 e Legacy 650. According to a statement from Embraer, operators will also be invited to give suggestions regarding the aircraft models. The conference will include workshops and panels on the aircraft, their software, maintenance plans, and technologies. <\/p>\n
According to the Customer and Services Support director for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Embraer Executive Aviation, Pedro Paiva, the conference is a \u201ckey tool\u201d for the company to receive client feedback. \u201cIt is one of the most important opportunities for customers, operators, service centers and Embraer teams to exchange information and gather ideas for better operations,\u201d he said, according to the Embraer statement.<\/p>\n
The Customer Support and Services manager for Asia Pacific at Embraer Executive Aviation, Andr\u00e9 Luis Vieira de Sousa, said the meeting, the second of its type in the region, helps improve aircraft operation and underscores the company\u2019s commitment to its clients. <\/p>\n
This year, Embraer has held similar conferences in Latin America and Europe. The Asia-Pacific meeting will take place in India next Wednesday (3rd), featuring operators of the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 jets. Still this year, a conference will be held with executive aviation clients in the United States. <\/p>\n
The Lineage 1000, Legacy 650 and Legacy 600 jets are the company\u2019s largest executive jets. The Lineage 1000 has a maximum flight range of 8,149 kilometres, equivalent to the distance between S\u00e3o Paulo and Rabat (in Morocco), without stopping to refuel, while carrying eight passengers and three crew members. The Legacy 600 can fly up to 6,297 kilometres non-stop with four passengers and two crew member, whereas the Legacy 650 can travel up to 7,223 kilometres with the same number of people on board. <\/p>\n
