The deficit was a result of the flow of trade, with exports exceeding imports by US$ 3.112 billion.<\/p>\n<p> Financial operations \u2013 comprising investment in bonds, profit and dividend remittances to foreign countries, and foreign direct investment, and other operations \u2013 had a US$ 2.363 billion surplus.<\/p>\n<p> From January 1st to October 26th, the flow of foreign exchange showed a US$ 21.707 billion surplus.
