The company will invest R$ 460 million (US$ 226 million) in boosting production capacity at the unit, according to information published on the state government website.<\/p>\n<p> After the expansion works, output will go from 450,000 tonnes to 650,000 tonnes a year. Sections of the factory complex will also be modernized and technologically updated, so as to improve product quality. Works should be completed in the second half of 2015.
