There was also a 0.1% decline from September 2012, and a 32.2% decline year-to-date through October 31st, according to figures supplied by the Brazilian Association of Motor Vehicle Importing Companies (Abeiva).<\/p>\n<p> A total of 9,032 imported units were licensed in October, and 111,759 units were licensed year-to-date through October 31st.The total number of licensed vehicles \u2013 imported and domestic-made \u2013 was up 3.73% year-to-date, at 2.9 million units.
