The funds will be used in the coming years to promote the country\u2019s development and help rescue the population out of social vulnerability. <\/p>\n<p> According to a World Bank press statement, the donation is part of a project to help implement \u201cdeep\u201d reforms in the country. The first part of the project will aim to promote transparency in government actions, improvement in finance management, anti-corruption measures, and development of the fishery industry.
