Then came S\u00e3o Paulo (-2.6%), Bahia (-2.6%) and Cear\u00e1 (-2.5%). Paran\u00e1 (2.2%) and Minas Gerais (0.8%) had growth in industrial employment.<\/p>\n<p> The largest contraction was in the garment industry, with 8.9%. The wood (-8%), shoe and leather (-6.2%) and textile (-5.9%) sectors also presented bad results.
