Last month, 2.85 million tonnes of cargo crossed the port, while in January last year, the volume was 2.7 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p> Of the total investment in January, over half \u2013 1.59 million tonnes \u2013 was for export. In the same month last year, shipments abroad totalled 1.4 million tonnes. The highlight, in exports, was maize and sugar.
