She spoke during the event for expansion of the Brasil sem Mis\u00e9ria (Brazil Free from Poverty) Programme through which 2.5 million families registered for the Bolsa Fam\u00edlia programme will receive a complementary wage to increase the minimum income to R$ 70 per family member, considered the volume to leave the line of extreme poverty.<\/p>\n<p> &quot;A feat of this magnitude, with a country creating the capacity and competence to build the most advanced social technology in the world can only be celebrated,\u201d said the president, regarding the single record established in 2003 to unify the government\u2019s social programmes. Today\u2019s action was released under slogan &quot;The end of Extreme Poverty is Just the Beginning\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> Brasil sem Mis\u00e9ria, launched in 2012, according to Rousseff, represents improvement of this \u201ctechnology\u201d. \u201cBrasil sem Mis\u00e9ria is now the most focussed, broadest and most modern social plan in the world.
