According to figures disclosed by the Brazilian Coffee Exporter Council (Cecaf\u00e9) next Thursday (7), in February, 4.7 million bags were shipped. Revenues obtained dropped 19.6% and totalled US$ 933.4 million.<\/p>\n<p> In the evaluation of the director general at Cecaf\u00e9, Guilherme Braga, the volume of exports is \u201cgood\u201d when considering the unstable market. \u201cThe tendency for buyers and sellers is to be in a position of expectation and to postpone transactions while waiting for better negotiation chances,\u201d he said, according to a press statement disclosed by Cecaf\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p> In the crop year, in turn, the sector records a drop of 5.2% in transfers between July and February.
