The agreement must be ratified by the parliaments of all countries involved before it becomes effective.<\/p>\n<p>The text of the agreement was forwarded to the Legislative branch by means of a message from president Dilma Rousseff. The measure was published last Wednesday (22nd) on the Official Gazette, two weeks after the Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi paid a visit to Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement&rsquo;s ratification was one of the matters discussed by Dilma and Morsi during the visit.
