The value is 2.8% greater than spending in 2011, according to figures disclosed on Tuesday (4), by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).<\/p>\n<p>The cost in maintenance of existing buildings was US$ 246.8 million, 28.9% more than in 2011. The value was divided into US$ 177.8 million for the West Bank and US$ 69 million for Gaza strip.<\/p>\n<p>The spending in repairs and improvement of existing buildings totalled US$ 392.8 million, a figure 12% greater than in 2011.
