According to information from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the agreement was signed at the Conference of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), held in Marrakesh, Morocco.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Brazilian ministry, the document makes two copyrights exceptions to allow the free circulation and distribution of works in formats accessible to visually impaired persons, and the international exchange of these formats. <\/p>\n<p>The goal is to increase the supply of books for visually impaired people.
